PORTRAIT ARTwork

A collection of my black and white portraits. Always begun by putting pencil to paper, once they take shape, I then scan them into photoshop and finish the piece digitally with stylus and tablet.

I have always been fascinated with drawing, and indeed photographing, portraits - the face expresses so much, and can never be the same twice, so each piece and opportunity to draw a portrait brings, of its own accord, renewed interest, intrigue and life into the work.
